It was a decent experience. The salesman was easy to work with and I walked out with the vehicle of choice. Finance was a bit more challenging as he wanted to sell me the extended warranty instead of providing the numbers straight up for comparison and conversation. I felt a bit dismissed by finance, especially the following day when having to follow up on basic needs.

When I called for service about my air conditioner, I was given an appointment 2wks out. I was told it would be $300 just to look at it. Then I brought it in and I told them that I thought it might be something electrical. They called and said that I needed a new compressor. They replaced it and then they call and tell me that I had a wire chewed through (electrical) So it would be another $155 on top of the $2700 already being charged. In my opinion I probably didn't need the compressor. Had they gone with what I told them from the beginning.

Check in was quick, I was kept informed about the work on my vehicle.

Bought a truck with a defective air conditioner,it only bringing my truck 2 times 2 get my truck service, I have buyers remorse,like I told Matt Barlow,someone should check the trucks to make sure they are in working order before they are sold.

Barlow found the car I was looking for and had everything ready when we arrived. Paperwork was seamless. Steve Wahid explained everything we needed to know: Buick app and all paperwork, got our registration and insurance quickly and demonstrated the car features to us. Matt and Steve were courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful. Great place to buy a car.

When i decided I needed a new car, I was referred to this place by a friend. I walked in on guard, I havent bought a car in many years and always just bought used from friends or family, mostly just trying to avoid dealers. This was definitely not the case at Barlow. There was zero pressure, from beginning to end, everyone was very helpful, nice and not pushy at all. I was given a fair number for my trade and for the new vehicle purchase. I was given many different payment options and said if I want to think about it to go home and if I wanted come back tomorrow, no pressure. Very nice staff and will 100% recommend to friends and family when they are looking for a vehicle.

Listen to my auto problems and knew how to respond with the correct diagnosis. The radio was installed and now my wife and I can sing along with the music. Only the passenger seat was out of place, not a problem. Thanks to the service dept and repair crew,

Even though I received text reminders when I got there they had no record that I had a service appt or that I needed a ride home. They did take me anyway and I waited. I was also somewhat disappointed that with a $100 oil change I didn’t get a courtesy vacuum

Called to schedule an apt for mt air bag recall that GM took almost 2 years to get the part to fix. Came in maybe 10 mins before my apt time and to be told I didnt have an apt. I showed my service advisor the text I got showing my apt. I guess the service manager came out and looked at it. Was told "that does look like our text" anyway.. after my car was checked in and told my apt was in a different system, they asked if my part was in stock. I said I have no clue, I called and scheduled my apt, I would think that they would have it. Service manager went to parts dept and they had 1 that no one had claimed. Was asked if I wanted to wait or if I was leaving the vehicle before I was told how long it would take. Left the car. Didn't take very long, but they did a multi point inspection on my vehicle and everything came back good except for brakes. Not paying over $700 for a brake job when I work in autoparts and can get the parts for about $125 and have my husband who works on cars do it. Only reason I went to Barlow is because they did my last recall, even though apparently they have no record because they got hacked and customers history's were wiped from the system.

dropped vehicle off a day early. said that I would like it back between 1 and 2pm the next day. which is normally not a problem. called approximately 1245pm and was told it was not ready and that the technician was on lunch and wouldn't be back for 90 minutes. received a call about 330pm saying that they were recommending a coolant flush. that service was declined. service that i was in for was otherwise done at this time. told them that I would pick up the next day.

The part they replaced looked the same as the one removed the rear window had hand prints all over and found clip in back of vehicle can’t find where it goes and I’m still not satisfied with mechanic saying I damaged magnetic charging port on console rubber has imprint I told service manager I didn’t do it he said it is damaged and he won’t replace it because he won’t get reimbursed from Buick under warranty the vehicle is only 5 month old with less than 4000 miles on it the other issue I had was you don’t get a full owner’s manual I was told I can pay for one at 80 dollars I just paid 50000 dollars for new vehicle and get small booklet I’m old school thank you for listening

My vehicle was in the shop for 9 days for a new radiator. Lack of communication, I had to keep calling every couple days for status updates. I may go to another GMC for future services.

The service department was pleasant and prompt. I got my oil changed and tires rotated and also new wiper blades installed. The only issue I have is my tow cover fell off and was told it was $145 to replace. I thought that was too much. I actually thought it would be free because I've not done anything to cause it to fall off.(I hand wash the car). I would not mind paying something but $145 for a 4" piece of plastic that will probably fall off again is too much. Can you help with this situation? By the way, this is my first Buick and I love it.

Very informative

I was a bit concerned that you recommended flushing out the cooling system for about $150 when mt 2021 Terrain has 30,000 miles and GM recommends it should be changed at 150,000 miles. I declined but it seems that it was not needed.

The only issue I have is waiting an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation.

Jeff Lato and the crew made the process completely stress free.

There were issues with the tires on the truck that I test drove. John the salesman and mechanic were quick to resolve the issue and replace the tires. The owner also apologized for the inconvenience. I am very happy with their response and the quality of the truck.

Got oil change and tire rotation a day later I got a ! Maintenance Tire service, found out by looking in book that whoever did the tire rotation didn't reload something with tires, so my car can keep track of tire inflation.

This was my first appt for maintenance and it was fast and the staff was nice, I wish I had their names to thank them individually but I forgot, it was between 1pm and 2 pm so hopefully the employees that were there get credit

It was a bad flat tire, burst side wall. The staff took care of it that day and it was all replced with a new one, plus a new jack under warranty. I wished to pay the bill with some of the 47000+ points I have on my GM cc. The staff bent over backwards to make that happen enlisting clerical staff as well.... to no avail? I paid the bill there and will be contacting GM Rewards today to work this out.

I waited slightly over 5 weeks to get my car back from a transmission issue. At times there were no follow-up information given to the status of the vehicle. I had to call weekly to find out the status of the vehicle or stop into the dealership. Finally in the third week I requested a loaner car as it was getting difficult for my wife to get to work. I would have thought the day would follow up entirely matter every week and offer a car knowing that I was without a vehicle for weeks. I would only say that eventually they told me they were waiting on one part that was not available I guess that's what contributed to some of the delay but it wasn't a very pleasant experience being without a vehicle for 5 weeks.

Scheduled apt on time and quickly finished!

Vivienne was great. Most of our communication was done over the phone and she had all paperwork ready for when I arrived the next day. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Barlow and every time I have had a great experience.

Quick and easy. I was looking for a red Envista Sport Touring but none were available in my area. Barlow had a red Avenir which I planned to buy instead. Lucky for me, the Avenir had just been sold. My salesman (John D) tracked down the car I actually wanted (Sport Touring) and had it delivered to the lot in a couple days (from PA, no charge). He was helpful in finding me any discounts available (I actually got a better deal than the Avenir). He showed me how to use all the devices in the car and even set up the phone app (MyBuick). The finance manager (Gary) made the loan and warranty process easy. Excellent sales experience. Highly recommended.

The best experience I’ve had buying a car. They were extremely nice, not pushy and made the process seamless.

The staff is always easy to work with and calls me by name when I walk in the door. They go above and beyond to get things fixed and handled quickly.

I picked up touch up paint so it really wasn't much to rate as I got the paint and left.

The customer experience here is wonderful. Between Jake,Elizabeth,and all of the initial contact of employees you know that you are respected and they will help and answer an questions. These employees are great and customer service is outstanding. Then the wirk performed also caliber. Our tech who usually works on our truck dos great work. These workers all great.

We walked in and waited for about 15 minutes for someone to come to the service desk. There was a woman sitting in one of the offices in that area and looked at us several times and said nothing. After about 10 minutes she finally said someone will be up in a minute. Then at the 15 minute mark someone did come to greet us and take our information. All we were getting was an oil change. Not even the tire rotation. It took an hour and a half. At that point I walked to the service desk and asked what the status was. The woman said she’ll go check for me. That’s when a different woman whom I never saw said what’s your name. I told her and she said I have your paperwork here you’re good to go. Then told me to go to the cashier. I asked how long has my paperwork been sitting here to which she replied I don-no. An hour and a half is not an exaggeration. But that’s when I decided to check what the issue was. I felt it’s been long enough.

Short wait time and good communication

I was there for a scheduled appointment just for an oil change. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes. One hour and 20 minutes into the appointment they told me I needed a new drain plug. If they started my appointment when scheduled why did it take so long to tell me I needed a new plug??? I also had a question which she wrote on the work order which was never addressed. This whole visit was unacceptable.

I told them what my mechanic, said it was yhe turbo, but they didn't think that's what it was. Two weeks later, they found out that it was the turbo.So now it's fixed and I feel better. I have a 3 because I thought the dealer would get it right right away, not two weeks. But I am very happy that' it's done.

I had an amazing experience as a first time customer at Barlow Buick GMC! The reason why I went to Barlow was because they had a nice selection of 2026 GMC Terrains compared to my local GMC dealership. I was greeted by Ken Kolansky because I was interested in potentially purchasing a brand new 2026 GMC Terrrain since I had positive equity in the current GMC Terrain that I had owned. Ken was great and made the process go very easy and smoothly. Ken was able to get all the available rebates that I was eligible for when purchasing my new 2026 Terrain and he even was able to transfer my current plates. I didn’t feel pressured and felt very comfortable during the whole buying process as I went by myself. I even got a great trade in value for my 2021 GMC Terrain that I had owned. If I am ever in the market for a GMC I will be back and you have a customer for life! I love my new 2026 GMC Terrain!

Quick and easy.oil change and tire rotation.

While I had high praise with the dealership making sure they provided me with a suitable loaner vehicle I wasn't happy with how the service itself was handled. It seemed we knew more info via google than they did on the issue. After the part came in and service was done my car was delivered to me but not 100%. How does the service dept not do a 360 check on the vehicle especially when it came in for electronic issues and the car is all ran by electronics? So I had to once again schedule an appt for a repair. Crazy that they found a bulletin on this issue-shocker! When I got my car back for the 2nd time (everything seems to work as it should now,) I was shocked at how dirty the cargo area was left. I have dirt/scuff marks on both sides, hatch door and the ceiling! I understand some things were out of their hands but the issues upsetting were the seemingly hurried job to get the vehicle out of the shop and on to the next.

Everyone was nice that I spoke to. I was there for a routine oil change. While I was there I asked about issues I had with my phone connection with my car. They tried to help but found out i need to bring my terrain in for the radio to be updated. They made an appointment for me while I was there. I do wish they had at least one night open later.

your company was texting me back and forth and it seemed your service manager was upset with us and she texted us back in all capitol letters witch i thought was very bad business practice for your company why she is even still there is a wonder its not the first time i had a problem with her, we were in the market for a new car but having to take it to your service department changed our minds and if you check all the service on this vehicle was done by your company its a shame all the other managers are not there anymore

My first experience with Barlow will also be my last. After sending an email to my salesperson, Ken, and to the General Manager, Mr. Barlow, I never received a response. That lack of communication speaks volumes about how little they seem to value their customers after the sale. Customer service doesn't end when the paperwork is signed. Do better.
