Fastest and easiest purchasing experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Great friendly staff, willing to make a deal which is rare in today's market! Definitely my new go to dealership, would recommend to my friends and family. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, and you don't check out Barlow GMC in Woodbury NJ you are doing yourself a disservice! I mean it A+ experience.

Had planned on buying a 2025 Hyundai Tucson. Purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe in 7/24. Wife loves it. They were very unprofessional offering amount for our trade in last year but upped it $4000 when they knew I had the Kelly Blue Book price. Again tried that so I walked out and worse they knew I was buying the car. Never had a Buick before but always liked the style. I had decided to just keep my Car then saw your ad online. Went in and talked to Jeff Lato who was respectful and upfront. Didn’t try to play games with me. Was a pleasant experience and knowing what you advertised ( sale price ) was what I paid. First time I have gone in for an advertised special and wasn’t told it just sold. Jeff was an excellent salesman and I liked what I saw of your service area. Open space and clean. Hope all future scheduled services are as honest as my experience purchasing my new car. I will highly recommend Barlow and specifically Jeff if I have any friends in the market for a new car. Don’t remember the finance guys name but also very friendly and didn’t try to convince me how much I needed extra coverage. I just had an oil change and everything went smoothly

Everything went well. I got an appointment pretty quick and didn't have to wait very long for the job to be finished. I even had a little snack while waiting, which was a very nice bonus.

Misdiagnosed issue stating required part to be replaced was the issue and the part directed to be replaced was non refundable. Obtained a 2nd assessment from different company and they said the part stated by your dealership was incorrect and would not correct my issue. The 2nd service company replaced a different part (much less $$) and solved the problem. If I let you replace the part you would have then had to replace the correct part (2nd part) at my cost. I was suspect after the mechanic took 5 min with my vehicle to tell me the issue and it was $1k non refundable, he was lazy. The good thing is, I found someone else to provide me honest service. After reading internet reviews of the same issue, most stated, dealers will do, just what you estimated, replace parts one at a time until problem solved at my cost, thus why I got a 2nd estimate. ON another note, i was surprised when i showed up on time for my 8am appoint to be told the mechanic doesn't "usually" get in to about 830am, interesting concept on customer service. I don't have an issue with 830am, but I do when you took my appointment for 8am. Thank you.

The person that checked me in and brought me the paperwork after the service was complete was not very friendly or outgoing. The technician replaced my engine air filter but did not reset the monitor on the dash display I had to figure out how to do it but first I had to verify the filter was actually changed and when doing so I observed the filter box still had leaves in it.

We were greeted nicely as soon as we walked into the dealership. We were directed to a salesman - we had John Menning - He was very knowledgeable about the Acadia, and very pleasant to work with. He was not pushy at all. We had a very enjoyable experience buying our new Acadia.

My 2018 Buick Encore has 35,000 miles on it and has always been garage kept and received every step in the maintenance process. I developed a leak in the antifreeze system. I immediately took it to the dealership and was charged $2,174.00!!! They originaly wanted $2,666.00, but I was able to negotiate a smaller fee with the service manager. A car with such low mileage and has always been babied should never have experienced or needed this hefty repair work. I have not even needed to replace my tires yet!! I met with Dave Barlow who was very cocky and told me my car was 7 years old and what did I want him to do about it!! I filed a complaint with GM and am waiting to hear back from them. I will never buy another Buick again!! I am totally disgusted with this car and the dealership!!

My truck was ready at 1:30 pm and was to get a phone call it was ready to pickup. I had to call them to find out it was ready to be picked up . No follow up to my request to call as soon as it was done.

My husband and I brought in 2022 Chevy Trailblazer for a comeback issue. This is the second time the vehicle was brought in because it was failing to engage in reverse. The first time the vehicle was there, it took over a week for the problem to be duplicated and another 2-3 weeks before it was fixed. That entire time I was told there were no curtesy vehicles available and no offer for vehicle rental; even though this issue is covered by the warranty and I should have been offered an alternate means of transportation as I have not one, but 2 jobs. We brought the car in 4/7 for the same thing and we were told the problem could not be replicated and because of that they would not be able to fix it nor would they be able to provide me a vehicle as an alternate means of transportation if we would have opted to leave the vehicle there for an extended period of time to continue to try and replicate the issue. This vehicle is under warranty and I expected better service than what we received. Especially considering that this is a reoccurring problem and the vehicle has a history of this. Prior to this incident, we spoke very highly of Barlow and referred friends and family to the dealership.

My leasing experience at Barlow with my salesman, Joe Mignona, was extremely satisfying and rewarding! He had all my lease documents ready and fully explained every detail! Everyone at Barlow Woodbury is extremely friendly, and they did fit me in rather quickly (within the same week I called). I have a 2025 GMC Acadia. The GPS went haywire, skipping all over the screen while I was trying to use the navigation, then had me permanently on the AC expressway in the same spot for a week. They repair the issue and did an oil change for me while it was in the shop. Nobody reset my oil change status, so i assumed it wasn’t done because it wasn’t updating in my app or in the vehicle status app in the car. Before I even drove off the lot, I had an error/warning that I car wasn’t reading my front passenger tire at all. So I had to go back inside to question the oil change and ask what was wrong with my tires. In the end, everything was fixed and again everyone was friendly. On a side note, this is the 2nd time I’ve been in within 5 months on a brand new car for electrical type issues. Hopefully, this isn’t a pattern.

No hassles in closing the deal. Before buying my vehicle from here I had only spoken with the Sales Manager once. The details of the car were all online, we finalized the cost via messages. Then on the last day, all I had to do was drive to the dealership and close my deal. The sales associate was very polite and knowledgeable about the features in the car. He helped me walk through the supplier pricing website as well. The finance department helped complete all the paperwork without any hassles. I was in and out in about 2 hours.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. This is the second time my tires did not get rotated on my vehicle when it was in there. Told service where the key for the wheel locks was located and they say that they would tell them but they never retrieved it to rotate the tires and never explain that to me.

There was no communication about the status of my vehicle. At first, no one wanted to give me a loaner car even though the repair was going to be covered under warranty. Then when the loaner car broke down, there was no customer service to address the problem and bring another loaner vehicle. I was told I would need to wait at least a whole day. Waiting 13 weeks to have your vehicle fixed is ridiculous. I understand GM might not want to stock parts, but how are people supposed to live with no car? And the fact that after my vehicle sat for 13 weeks and no one thought to check the battery makes no sense. The battery should have been checked and charged prior to the vehicle being returned.

I took my vehicle in for the check engine light and was determined to be a defective purge pump for my emission system that had to be ordered, thankfully it will be covered under the warranty. Had to wait about a week for the part to come in then rescheduled for the repair to be completed. Lost 2 days use of my vehicle to get this resolved but at least it's going to be resolved and hopefully better gas milage now.

The service Department did a update but now some things don't work. We used to be able to push button on the door handle to unlock the door but it doesn't work any more. its seems like all the settings have been removed.

Timely appointment, but was called minutes before service closed to be informed 1 filter was not in stock. Also, was billed $43 for tire rotation which is a new fee and was not explained at sign in. As a customer, there is no time to read the extensive fine print before signing for work to be done. Service check in should be more forth right with this new hidden fee.

Convenient and accommodating to my schedule

I brought my Buick in for service. While the service department completed their job, the overall atmosphere of the place felt dull, and the customer service was lacking. Not a single person greeted us or asked how we were. While we waited for our car to be serviced, my husband and I checked out a truck on the sales floor, but nobody approached us or acknowledged our presence. It seems like there’s a specific type of customer they are looking for, and we just didn’t fit the profile.

I needed more work done other than oil change, etc. Had to pick up parts from Delran and I was offered a ride home & a rode back when work was completed. The staff working g that day were absolutely professional, friendly and very helpful

I was immediately recognized as a returning customer, and everyone I talked to was very friendly. The waiting area is under construction, but a similar waiting area was set up in the showroom and was a perfectly fine area to wait. Service was performed in a reasonable amount of time and I could get on my way.

First, the people were very nice as usual. I was due for my 100,000 mile servicing. I was there for 5 hours, I was offered a ride home, but I stayed. I was told that 2 parts I would need would have to be ordered, that I would have to pay for them first, and then when they come in, I have to come back to be installed. Never heard of that. Then the clerk came back later and said they would get the parts from an auto parts store and they would be done today. I was also told I would need a new battery, which I did question as it was not very old. I was told it was tested and it needed to be replaced. When they came to tell me the car was done, they said I didn't need a battery, that it now tested fine. I took my car and went home and then noticed that half the battery cover was off and in between the passenger seats along with the car mats. (took a picture)

We had a 11:00 appointment for transmission work. After hearing nothing, I called at 4:45 and was told car would not be done until the next day. My ride had been hanging around all afternoon. It seems to me that you should have called me to tell of the delay rather than me calling you.

From start to finish a good experience. Fast and friendly check in, soon after I received a call from the advisor with the diagnosis. Repairs were quickly made, and car was ready for pick. Then the advisor showed me how to apply my GM points to lower my bill. Well done Barlow!

I came in looking for prices on trucks and was taken care of by John Barlow and John Mennig. Both took their time to show me trucks and did not hassle me what so ever on prices or add ons. My experience there will make me a forever returning customer.

They did an efficient job but it took 105 minutes to complete the job, which is about 30 minutes too long. The $90 price is also too expensive. The representative that checked me in was kind & professional.

I dropped my truck off for an oil change, tire rotation and filters replacement. I had $40 off coupon for a mobil one oil change. I dropped the car off the day before the appointment and requested the services be completed before noon. All of this was on the after hours drop-off envelope. I call the service department around 4:30 pm to ask about my truck. They said that they are just completing the paperwork. The bill was $299. I added all the fees and taxes and the number is incorrect. $40 was not deducted. There is a note that a $25 credit was applied. It didn't indicate what the original cost of the oil change was. In addition, the tires were not rotated as per my instructions. So, for $299 I got an oil change, two filters replaced, inconvenienced all day and I still have to get my tires rotated. This was not a good customer experience.

I had new wipers installed. The mechanic did a great job. Though the price was way too high. I hope they last a very long time

Matt Barlow reached out with a pod offer for our 2022 GLC with a vehicle pretty much matched the one we had we were able to make a deal very quickly and John La Salle was great in including the deal making sure we knew all the new features of our car.

It was a decent experience. The salesman was easy to work with and I walked out with the vehicle of choice. Finance was a bit more challenging as he wanted to sell me the extended warranty instead of providing the numbers straight up for comparison and conversation. I felt a bit dismissed by finance, especially the following day when having to follow up on basic needs.

When i decided I needed a new car, I was referred to this place by a friend. I walked in on guard, I havent bought a car in many years and always just bought used from friends or family, mostly just trying to avoid dealers. This was definitely not the case at Barlow. There was zero pressure, from beginning to end, everyone was very helpful, nice and not pushy at all. I was given a fair number for my trade and for the new vehicle purchase. I was given many different payment options and said if I want to think about it to go home and if I wanted come back tomorrow, no pressure. Very nice staff and will 100% recommend to friends and family when they are looking for a vehicle.

When I called for service about my air conditioner, I was given an appointment 2wks out. I was told it would be $300 just to look at it. Then I brought it in and I told them that I thought it might be something electrical. They called and said that I needed a new compressor. They replaced it and then they call and tell me that I had a wire chewed through (electrical) So it would be another $155 on top of the $2700 already being charged. In my opinion I probably didn't need the compressor. Had they gone with what I told them from the beginning.

I was a bit concerned that you recommended flushing out the cooling system for about $150 when mt 2021 Terrain has 30,000 miles and GM recommends it should be changed at 150,000 miles. I declined but it seems that it was not needed.

The only issue I have is waiting an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation.

Bought a truck with a defective air conditioner,it only bringing my truck 2 times 2 get my truck service, I have buyers remorse,like I told Matt Barlow,someone should check the trucks to make sure they are in working order before they are sold.

Barlow found the car I was looking for and had everything ready when we arrived. Paperwork was seamless. Steve Wahid explained everything we needed to know: Buick app and all paperwork, got our registration and insurance quickly and demonstrated the car features to us. Matt and Steve were courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful. Great place to buy a car.

dropped vehicle off a day early. said that I would like it back between 1 and 2pm the next day. which is normally not a problem. called approximately 1245pm and was told it was not ready and that the technician was on lunch and wouldn't be back for 90 minutes. received a call about 330pm saying that they were recommending a coolant flush. that service was declined. service that i was in for was otherwise done at this time. told them that I would pick up the next day.

Called to schedule an apt for mt air bag recall that GM took almost 2 years to get the part to fix. Came in maybe 10 mins before my apt time and to be told I didnt have an apt. I showed my service advisor the text I got showing my apt. I guess the service manager came out and looked at it. Was told "that does look like our text" anyway.. after my car was checked in and told my apt was in a different system, they asked if my part was in stock. I said I have no clue, I called and scheduled my apt, I would think that they would have it. Service manager went to parts dept and they had 1 that no one had claimed. Was asked if I wanted to wait or if I was leaving the vehicle before I was told how long it would take. Left the car. Didn't take very long, but they did a multi point inspection on my vehicle and everything came back good except for brakes. Not paying over $700 for a brake job when I work in autoparts and can get the parts for about $125 and have my husband who works on cars do it. Only reason I went to Barlow is because they did my last recall, even though apparently they have no record because they got hacked and customers history's were wiped from the system.

Even though I received text reminders when I got there they had no record that I had a service appt or that I needed a ride home. They did take me anyway and I waited. I was also somewhat disappointed that with a $100 oil change I didn’t get a courtesy vacuum

The part they replaced looked the same as the one removed the rear window had hand prints all over and found clip in back of vehicle can’t find where it goes and I’m still not satisfied with mechanic saying I damaged magnetic charging port on console rubber has imprint I told service manager I didn’t do it he said it is damaged and he won’t replace it because he won’t get reimbursed from Buick under warranty the vehicle is only 5 month old with less than 4000 miles on it the other issue I had was you don’t get a full owner’s manual I was told I can pay for one at 80 dollars I just paid 50000 dollars for new vehicle and get small booklet I’m old school thank you for listening

No issues

It was a bad flat tire, burst side wall. The staff took care of it that day and it was all replced with a new one, plus a new jack under warranty. I wished to pay the bill with some of the 47000+ points I have on my GM cc. The staff bent over backwards to make that happen enlisting clerical staff as well.... to no avail? I paid the bill there and will be contacting GM Rewards today to work this out.

The service department was pleasant and prompt. I got my oil changed and tires rotated and also new wiper blades installed. The only issue I have is my tow cover fell off and was told it was $145 to replace. I thought that was too much. I actually thought it would be free because I've not done anything to cause it to fall off.(I hand wash the car). I would not mind paying something but $145 for a 4" piece of plastic that will probably fall off again is too much. Can you help with this situation? By the way, this is my first Buick and I love it.

Quick and easy. I was looking for a red Envista Sport Touring but none were available in my area. Barlow had a red Avenir which I planned to buy instead. Lucky for me, the Avenir had just been sold. My salesman (John D) tracked down the car I actually wanted (Sport Touring) and had it delivered to the lot in a couple days (from PA, no charge). He was helpful in finding me any discounts available (I actually got a better deal than the Avenir). He showed me how to use all the devices in the car and even set up the phone app (MyBuick). The finance manager (Gary) made the loan and warranty process easy. Excellent sales experience. Highly recommended.
